Flexible Software Options

• There is no need to worry about separate cartridges for OmiScan, as the handset is fully programmable, by directly downloading the software from a PC. Software updates are available on CD ROM and can be downloaded quickly and easily. All of the software applications are preloaded onto the tool at the factory. You only pay for the applications that you want.
• If in the future you choose to add a vehicle application, simply contact Omitec and you will be provided with an activation code that will turn on the required application instantly.
• Software updates are provided twice per year

OmiScan is available in three different kits - Basic, Upgrade and Deluxe:

Kit 1:Basic: OBDII kit, allows you to test OBDII equipped vehicles.

This kit offers OBDII functionality and can easily be upgraded as your needs change by adding the relevant vehicle specific cable. The Basic kit Includes everything you need to get started.
