The Omitec and Crypton Directors are pleased to announce that the merger of the following companies: Crypton Limited, Autodiagnos Limited, Autodiagnos GmbH, and Dieseltune Limited with the Omitec Group.
These companies were formerly part of the Crypton Technology Group.
By merging these companies with the existing Omitec Group Aftermarket businesses, we have established one of the most significant garage equipment groups in Europe. Indeed, the Omitec Aftermarket Group is probably now the largest independent diagnostics company in the world today.
Nevelle Marchent and Peter Houlden will continue to stay with the Company to help take Omitec, Crypton and Autodiagnos to the next level of performance. Nevelle will be responsible for all Omitec Group’s Aftermarket business as Managing Director, with Peter as the Engineering Director of the same business unit. Both will be joining the Omitec Group Executive Committee.
The new enlarged Omitec Group now has over 300 staff and over half of these are qualified engineers. The size of this combined resource should help us to power forward our products establishing clear competitive advantage in our chosen markets.
